1st modular green hydrogen and ammonia plant under construction in Brazil
With over 12 years of experience in renewable energy, we have accumulated results that demonstrate our technical capabilities and strategic vision. We began our journey with large-scale solar projects, expanded into distributed generation solutions, and today, we lead the development of modular plants for the production of green hydrogen and ammonia.
What moves us
Technical authority: Knowledge that generates trust and results
Our team combines market experience, solid scientific foundation, and rigorous processes. This allows us to develop highly complex projects with safety, predictability, and excellence.
Profitable Sustainability: Decarbonization
that multiplies value
Our solutions increase competitiveness by boosting profitability and production efficiency. We act as strategic allies for companies that need to meet new global ESG requirements, transforming the energy transition into a competitive advantage, opening markets, and creating new growth opportunities by reducing CO2e emissions.
Strategic Collaboration: Connections that Strengthen the Transition
We work side by side with governments, industries, research centers, and investors. Our strength lies in bringing together different stakeholders around a common goal: accelerating the energy transition with legitimacy and impact.
Viable future:
Innovation that becomes legacy
We develop modular and scalable models that can be replicated across different regions and sectors, ensuring that clean energy is affordable, practical, and sustainable for generations to come.

From Solar to Green Ammonia: Our Trajectory
2022
250 MWp Installed
We reached the 250 MWp mark of installed solar energy capacity in Brazil, consolidating our presence in the renewable sources sector.
2023
Green H₂ Complexes
We launched “Green Complexes,” an ambitious project for the large-scale production of green hydrogen and ammonia, generating clean and innovative alternatives with cutting-edge technology.
2024
Expansion to the USA
We began our international expansion with the project for the first green hydrogen plant in the US, in Texas, kicking off a strategy to install up to 40 units across the country.
2025
First Operational Plant in Brazil
We plan to complete construction of Brazil's first green hydrogen and ammonia plant by the end of 2025 — fully decentralized, low-carbon, and digitalized.
2030
800 MW target
and 100 plants
Our ambition: to reach 800 MW of solar energy and operate 100 green hydrogen and ammonia plants in Brazil, delivering up to 200,000 tons of green ammonia to the domestic market.

From Sao Paulo
to Brazil
and the world
Our base is in the heart of Berrini, São Paulo, the country's financial hub. From there, we coordinate regional hubs and strategic projects in key states for the energy transition. We network with institutional, academic, and industrial partners to transform science into real impact.
